We are seeking remote / in-house Customer Service Specialists to assist us with day to day operations of the company.
Duties will include:
- Promptly answering tickets/emails, phone calls, and live chats in a polite and professional manner
- Being knowledgeable of product/service offerings
- Answering pre-sales questions about products/services
- Process new orders including entering data into appropriate systems and dispatching service orders to employees/contractors
- Billing work including generating invoices, collecting payments, and collections calls
- Researching potential leads and entering them into CRM
- Other duties as assigned
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a Technical Support position.
HOURS will be Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
